Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites owned and operated by Pixel Pact LLC. A "client" refers to any individual or legal entity who places an order with Pixel Pact LLC via our secure online payment platform or other accepted payment methods.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Access and purchases are restricted: Pixel Pact LLC accepts clients aged 16 or older for physical and digital products, and 18 or older for services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars. While the content provided is not harmful or explicit, our offerings are designed for a mature audience capable of understanding business responsibilities. Any newsletter subscriber or customer who does not meet the minimum age requirement will be removed from our system and, if applicable, refunded and asked to return any purchased items.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed through a Pixel Pact LLC website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Pixel Pact LLC is a company incorporated in the United States. No U.S. sales tax will be added unless required by applicable state or federal law. However, buyers may be charged VAT or other applicable taxes based on their country of residence, in accordance with international tax regulations.

Prices may be modified at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made via credit or debit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. American Express is not accepted.

Stripe uses industry-standard encryption to secure your payment information. While we ensure that payment data is transmitted securely, Stripe is solely responsible for payment processing security and reliability.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process. Please double-check all details, especially postal codes and apartment numbers. Risk of loss passes to the client once the product leaves our fulfillment center. In the case of a lost or undelivered order, we will make every effort to ensure replacement or a refund, subject to warranty terms.

Article 6: Personal Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. By placing an order or subscribing to our communications, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By providing your email address, you agree to receive updates and promotional emails from Pixel Pact LLC or its partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of our emails.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
